13 year old and eyebrow shaping?

I have no idea how to pluck it on my own into a good shape...I've seen videos but I'm too scared!! I'm afraid my dad will be like ';What happened to your eyebrows?!'; (he does that with my eye makeup sometimes).





Would it really be noticable? How long would it take to grow back?13 year old and eyebrow shaping?
u wouldn't want it to grow back to soon. it all depends on the person anyway. if they r 2 busy, go 2 a salon, but if they aren't 2 bad, don't get it too thin

Don't pluck your eyebrows. No doubt about it, you are too young NOT to f*** it up. If anything, go into a professional salon and take a look at their brows. Schedule with a stylist, or if its just a walk in, try to get somebody who also has nice brows. Get them waxed. Explain to them that you DO NOT want murdered (';boriqua';) brows, and if they have any experience in the subject they SHOULD know what their doing.





I highly suggest NOT plucking for your first time. Get it waxed so its a clean, smooth removal (it seriously doesn't hurt that bad at all. My mom is a stylist and its less painful than plucking). If you get it waxed the first time, its easier to pluck out the hairs the next time, because you'll know WHERE you're supposed to pluck (it will be thinned out a bit). If there is one thing thats gross, its girls with ravaged eyebrows.
First get some good tweezers, if you insist on plucking (or don't have about 10.00 +tip) take a hot shower because the warmness of the water will loosen the hair folicles. then when you pluck them the first ones will hurt! But after about 5 hairs it wont hurt anymore. Make sure you do quick pulls. Be prepraid for some redness wherever you plucked them ;)





They will be noticable but a good noticable they take about 3 weeks to grow back depending on your hair growth :D

YES, Please go to the salon!!! You don't have to go every time, but do go on your first time. It's pretty cheap ($10-$15), and you will love the results. Then you will know exactly what you need to pluck when you do them at home. Let your technician at the salon know exactly what you want done, so that you don't end up with over done brows. You want to stay pretty natural with it. I don't see why your dad would freak out about this. It's on the minimal side when it comes to make up and stuff. Really, it probably won't even be that noticeable to a guy. He prob would be like, somethings different, but wouldn't be able to tell what it was. lol.;) Good Luck!!
i shape my own n no one even thinks that am the one to doing them....my dad is just the same...they will get use to it by time...ps..dont make them very thin plus if u have thin eyebrows only do them from the edges...i remember this time that i did them they looked like a tattoo...in the mirror they look nice but in pics....no need to mention wat they looked like..good luck :)

but i'd recomend getting a brow liner so you can draw in and make your brows appear thinker and darker you can get one at drug stores for like a dollar.
Go to a repuitable salon or spa for your first brow shaping. Tell them you want to have them cleaned up but still look natural. It only costs about $15.00 and then you know what hairs to pluck as they grow back.
i suggest you go to a salon that specializes in doing brows (i suggest you get them threaded!) . they nicely shape your brows for you so you know where to pluck next time!

Well,, i've seen my mom do it all the time with a thread, ask your auntie,nan,sister etc.. or go to the salon:)

go to the salon and get them shaped. then when they grow back you can just pluck them.. about every other day or depending on how fast they grow.
im also 13 and if u realy need 2 get it done u can get it done at a nail or hair shop .and how noticable it would be depends on how bad your brows are. and dads are all most like that
Its just like shaving for boys don't start because you can't stop once you do...
Get a life. There are way more useful or important things you could be doing. Eyebrows are eyebrows...leave them alone!
