Is there a surgery or something i can have to change my eyebrow shape without having to grow the hairs?

I suffer from BDD and i'm having a complete cosmetic surgery make-over . The thing is my hair doesn't grow very fast and it doesn't suit my face shape, so is there something that can be done.Is there a surgery or something i can have to change my eyebrow shape without having to grow the hairs?
You can color in your eyebrows and add some extra parts to them, but make sure it looks some what natural. If this doesn't work, you could get and eyebrow lift, although, that will only make your eyebrows more arched. There's nothing that can speed up the process of making eyebrow hairs grow. My mum just had hers done with a permanant ';tattoo'; type procedure. They look amazing and I'm considering getting mine done :)
an eye brow lift maybe?? if i lift my eyebrows they look a completly different shape so it could work.
