Because right now my eyebrows a bit short but I would like to grow them out cand shape them to a differen't shape.

Actually, the suitable shape of the eyebrow isn't to do with your face shape. It all depends if it suits with the individuals' facial features like the eyes. The perfect ones are not the thin pencil style brows.... but medium thickness that rounds towards the end xxxx
i just tell the barber or nail technician to shape it for my face

Definitely this, not round eyebrows because it will make your face look even More round.

angled is the way to go for a round face
whatever your shape of eyebrow, your gonna have to stick with that im afraid. you cannot change the shape for them!!
i'd go with a unibrow shaped like a rainbow!
