Eyebrow shaping places?

Where can I get my eyebrows shaper, they are not great right now, and I want them to be like Jessica Szohr's (vanessa from gossip girl)

Not sure where you should go in Missouri. But I wanted to offer some advice on shaping. It is really hard to actually match somebody else's brows exactly. Your bone structure of your own face is what dictates the shape of your brow. You can try to match the style/feel of another person (like vanessa from gossip girl). But you will never be able to perfetly match it. take the picture of this person with you and tell the brow artist what you like about them. They will then try to fix your brows to try and match the same style.





My brow person says that pictures are virtually useless to her. The only thing that they show her is how thick/thin you want them. beyond that they don't help.
