Hi, im getting my eyebrows shaped for the first time on friday, and im just wondering what happens? thanksWhat happens during first eyebrow shape?
Your eyebrows are there to protect your eyes but also frame your face. They will know by looking at your features and face shape what shape to put them in. They might wax them or pluck them. The first time i got mine shaped was plucked... but that was too painful. I would definately get them waxed... it's quicker and really not painful.What happens during first eyebrow shape?
They lay you back in a chair for waxing. The tech will ask you a few questions what kind of shape you would prefer. Bring in pictures if you have a problem explaining what you would like to have done.So you and the tech are on the same page of how thick or thin you would like them to be.People generally go in for what is called the '; clean up';. Which means you would like to keep the general shape just clean them up so the look nice and neat. If you think you have really sensitive skin take an advil an hour before your appointment,or directly after.You will be red for about twenty min after. There could be a tiny bit of bleeding.No need to be alarmed.Totally normal, cause you are pulling the hair out by the root.When you are done you will have beautiful well groomed brows.enjoy!
Depends how you are having it done, are you having them waxed or plucked, they will ask you, whether you want them arched or flat, thin or thicker, then they will pluck/wax them, then get you to have a look and then if you want them slightly thinner or a higher arch they will do it for you.
