How do beauticians determine your eyebrow shape?

I am getting my eyebrows done, but i know for a fact that they don't suit my face shape, but the hairs wont grow in the places i want, that would look nice. So i was just wondering how do they know what would suit bestHow do beauticians determine your eyebrow shape?

Well a lot of them just do the same thing on everyone, thicker on the inside and fading out. I look at the person and decide based on their facial shape and features.I am a stylist and I have to specifically ask to have my eyebrows waxed so they are the same width across the whole brow because no one would ever figure it out on their own for whatever reason. They don't actually teach us how to do this in school it is something that we just figure out. So research what brow shape is best for your face shape before you go and ask for it. You can just go and ask their opinion, but I frankly don't trust them to do it right! Most stylists don;t know hoe to deal with a round face, since we don't see a lot of them, but I have one. But if your face is oval, anything goes.
