How do you know what eyebrow shape to pluck into?

I have thick, pointy eyebrows and whenever I pluck them I'm never satisfied with the way it turns out and I look weird and I pluck them wrong *sigh*. I just don't know what shape will suit me. Other people look so good with their eyebrows. Do you ever have a problem with this? How do you know what eyebrow shape to pluck into?
ok, take a pencil and line it up to the edge of your nose going vertical, that is where your eyebrow should start, pluck/wax anything before the pencil (like unibrow area).

next, look straight ahead into mirrorand put the pencil lined up with your pupil---that's where the highest arch of your eyebrow should be. Make a mark!

OK...now look at some models/famous people etc who have similar face shapes to youand note their brows. In general, I say you clear out everything from the pupil mark and out, so your brow gets skinnier as it gets further from your nose. finally, too thin is the worst and may be irreversible.

Me....I went and had my eyebrows done once by professional my mom suggested and used and now i do my own touchup waxes with sugar-based wax and tweezers. At this point if i dont do it for a few months, it doesnt grow back thick anymore (and i have verrry thick hair). i try to do it every 2 months, I can tell which hairs are grorw-backs. I prefer doing it myself.

Good luck!!!!!How do you know what eyebrow shape to pluck into?

Grow them out, and get them waxed. And when I say waxed, I don't mean hop on down to the nearest salon and pay 10 bucks for a wax. I mean, make an appointment at a nice salon and pay the extra 25-30 dollar difference. Your eyebrows are on your face, and that's the first thing that people look at, so you don't want to get a cheap job done lol.
I would say your best bet is to go see and esthetican an get a pro to shape them for you. Then once you get the shape down, you can keep up with them at home.

And I will tell you that YES, a lot of people have this issue and are walking around with bad eyebrows! I want to fix em! haha
yea, everybody thinks they look bad when they actually don't.

but anyways, if i was really feeling that bad about my eyebrows i would get a stylist to pluck them out for me because they know what eyebrows look good on your face shape and all that crap
go to a salon and get somebody to shape them for you then just pluck the growing ones after that...you should repeat going just to maintain them...but like once every few weeks. i recommend threading instead of waxing.
I would get them done professionally, usually you should leave the natural shape and either thin them up a bit (keeping the same shape) OR just cleaning them up,

but if you're not satisfied, i would go see a professional! :)
Some stores sell eyebrow stencil. You might wanna start with that.
