Are there any cons when shaping eyebrows?...read on?

I heard from someone that even more thicker hair grows after you get them shaped...I heard the same thing with shaving/waxing arms and legs. Is this true? Are there any cons when shaping eyebrows?...read on?
This is not true.

Your hair follicles do not change size or shape when you wax or shave.

You have all the hair follicles you ever will have when you start growing darker hair at puberty. All of your hair follicles do not grow all the time. Some go into ';resting'; phases.

Once you shave, wax, or laser your hair, you grow accustomed to the look of hairlessness. When the hair starts to grow back, it just appears to be thicker and more, because you didn't see it there just a while ago.

Your best bet is to go to a salon and have your brows professionally shaped at least once, then you can just pluck to maintain the shape. Are there any cons when shaping eyebrows?...read on?
Great answer but if you do them yourself tweeze from underneath %26amp; arch it up. the idea is to give your eyebrow a arch to make your eyes look open %26amp; awake so that you don't look droppy %26amp; tired.

actually with repeated shaping (waxing or threading) the hairs removed will grow back thinner and slower. One big thing is to stay away from a ';tadpole'; shape where the brow is a dot shape at the nose side and little tails stream out towards the sides. The shape should be wider towards the nose tapering into a thin line. Chose an arch that looks best.
no.it just appears to me thicker, pluck eyebrows from underneath, don't touch the top line and don't pluck them too thin
personally my hair is a lil thicker but not much! all i can say about eyebrows is don't make it look like you are in shock.
