Hi,its fine to wax and pluck eyebrows just dont forget your bodies more sensitive than usual when waxing!
I don't think plucking or shaping with a special razor has any negative effects on your pregnancy. I did hear from some women that they stopped waxing them since their skin got red and irritated a lot easier.
